Developing a Leading HubSpot Corporate Website

Initially, our main challenge was to design and develop a HubSpot Corporate Website for a major IT and Data Center company. This firm operates across Central America and Spain, managing its own specialized marketplace. Previously, the client had an outdated site where information was scattered across many sections. Consequently, the large number of pages made the content inaccessible to their target audience.

Fortunately, we worked alongside the client’s exceptional marketing team. Through this collaboration, they clearly conveyed the goals and the final vision for the project. By doing so, our team could focus on building a robust platform that meets all management requirements.

Content Analysis and Information Architecture

The first step of the project involved a deep analysis of all existing materials. Specifically, we had to sort through the information to match the new user interface with the content defined by the internal team. To ensure a successful HubSpot Corporate Website, we focused on creating a clean and intuitive Information Architecture. Ultimately, this allows users to find complex IT services with just a few clicks.

The collaboration between the business•config UX/UI team and the client’s marketing department was exceptionally cohesive. In fact, in less than two weeks, we were working as a single unit. Mainly, our teams shared a deep understanding of the platform’s technical limitations. This allowed us to balance creative animations and visual effects with the ambitious “look & feel” requested by the company directors.

To launch the new HubSpot Corporate Website in less than a month, our UX team had to act fast. Specifically, we summarized the primary content and developed viable solutions to meet the tight deadline.

The MVP Solution: Launching in 30 Days

To meet the one-month deadline, we focused on a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) strategy. Originally, the website contained around 90 pages of scattered information. Instead of migrating everything at once, we redesigned the sitemap and the information architecture for a smaller, 15-page website. By doing so, we could design and develop the entire platform within the established timeframe.

Despite the challenges, the MVP website launched with great success. Ultimately, the client was highly satisfied with our team’s effort and dedication to delivering a high-quality product under such a demanding schedule.

UI Redesign: Enhancing the HubSpot Corporate Website

Once the MVP was online, it immediately began generating new leads for our client. Simultaneously, the business•config team worked to improve the website’s overall “look and feel”. Specifically, we developed smooth transitions between sections and integrated new graphic elements. By doing so, we transformed the initial MVP into a complete and polished digital experience.

The final result was a massive upgrade for the client. Ultimately, we delivered a high-performance HubSpot Corporate Website for one of the largest Data Center and IT companies in Central America and Spain.
