\nIn this article you can discover how we gave this law firm a great and useful tool<\/strong> (ERP Odoo) for everyday use!<\/p>\n

Enterprise Resource Planning <\/strong>(ERP) refers to the integration of several business areas<\/strong> of a company, such as production<\/strong>, warehousing<\/strong>, sales<\/strong>, purchasing<\/strong> and finance<\/strong>, using a software suite. The various ERP providers have designed their systems around standard business processes, often based on best practices.<\/p>\n

In this legal company, they\u2019re a small group (4\/6 lawyers) and they felt it was time to replace their outdated and old-fashioned<\/strong> way<\/strong> of working with a tailor-made ERP<\/strong> with all the functions in one platform<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

So after the briefing<\/strong> and some discussion<\/strong> about the essential needs, we decided to present a one-tool solution that could help the client do all his work in an easier way. This legal company needed some help in organizing<\/strong> all the information structure<\/strong> and unifying all their tools<\/strong> (cases, contacts, billing, expenses, and other miscellaneous) in just one platform.<\/p>\n

We choose the ERP Odoo<\/strong>, an open-source platform<\/strong> that we design exclusively with native apps<\/strong>, plugins<\/strong>, and some custom code<\/strong> for specific actions that were essential for better and easy work for our client.<\/p>\n

After some months of hard-working, we divided the project into 6 steps<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

  2. UX Research and user flows<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Prototype<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Development of Odoo ERP and certified billing system<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. User testing and refine user flows<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Beta version and delivery \u2028\u2028<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
