The goal was to channel orders from various marketplaces, such as <strong>Amazon<\/strong> and <strong>Showroompriv\u00e9<\/strong>, through an <strong>ERP<\/strong> <strong>system<\/strong>. Afterward, this system communicates directly with <strong>DHL Parcel in Valladolid, Spain<\/strong>. Currently, <strong>DHL<\/strong> holds the products and manages the entire logistics process.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\">The fulfillment sector is expanding rapidly. Therefore, companies must create solutions that streamline processes and reduce errors. By doing so, you can easily connect multiple sales channels. Notably, no tool existed for this specific integration because the logistics company had recently updated its system.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">To solve this, we conducted an initial process audit. Consequently, our team developed a technical solution and tested it with all parties involved. As a result, the customer now centralizes all orders from their e-commerce and marketplaces. Now, logistics are fully integrated with <strong>DHL Parcel<\/strong>, ensuring 24-hour delivery and real-time tracking.<\/p>\n<h2>Uncomplicated Logistics for Your Business<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Imagine running several campaigns at once. Without the right tools, managing hundreds of orders from different channels becomes impossible. This situation would damage delivery times and customer satisfaction. To avoid this, you must implement automated solutions that ensure you meet your business goals.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">Modern logistics have evolved to reduce friction between companies and customers. Specifically, automation is a vital investment that improves service quality. Once the <strong>ERP<\/strong> was ready, we developed an integration system. This system sends all necessary data to <strong>DHL Parcel<\/strong>.
