Ese fue el caso de Totalmente Saud\u00e1vel, una tienda online que potenci\u00f3 el n\u00famero de ventas de su tienda f\u00edsica, la farmacia Santos Monteiro, en Vendas Novas. De esta forma, no solo mantiene sus ventas presenciales, sino que puede vender en todo el pa\u00eds a trav\u00e9s de su tienda online.<\/p>\n

En un proyecto de esta envergadura es fundamental hacer un inventario de las necesidades para que la tienda online cumpla las expectativas del cliente.<\/p>\n

C\u00f3mo empez\u00f3 el proyecto<\/h3>\n

Este proyecto se dividi\u00f3 en 7 fases:<\/p>\n

  2. Evaluaci\u00f3n de los requisitos del frontend: marca, jerarqu\u00edas de colores, tama\u00f1os de fuente y elementos gr\u00e1ficos.<\/li>\n
  3. Wireframes y flujos de usuario<\/li>\n
  4. Desarrollo de comercio electr\u00f3nico a trav\u00e9s de WordPress + WooCommerce<\/li>\n
  5. Integraci\u00f3n de Sifarma (de Glint) en WooCommerce<\/li>\n
  6. Pruebas de usabilidad y perfeccionamiento de los flujos de usuarios<\/li>\n
  7. Versi\u00f3n beta y entrega<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Tras la sesi\u00f3n informativa inicial y una reflexi\u00f3n sobre los principales requisitos, dise\u00f1amos un mapa del sitio para determinar el n\u00famero de p\u00e1ginas que hay que desarrollar y los flujos que puede realizar el usuario, desde la realizaci\u00f3n de una compra hasta la solicitud de una consulta en la zona de inicio de sesi\u00f3n. De este modo, es posible cuantificar las tareas t\u00e9cnicas a nivel de usuario y gestor de tienda para que las ventas se desarrollen con fluidez y sin bloqueos.<\/p>\n

    La tienda se construy\u00f3 utilizando la plataforma WordPress con WooCommerce, lo que facilita la gesti\u00f3n de pedidos gracias a su backoffice sencillo e intuitivo. Alrededor del 40% de los sitios web existentes se desarrollan en esta plataforma. Esto nos permite disponer de las herramientas necesarias para ofrecer un producto espec\u00edfico y de alta calidad a cada cliente.<\/p>\n

    Es posible pagar a trav\u00e9s de los m\u00e9todos de pago habituales, como tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito, tarjeta de d\u00e9bito, Paypal y tambi\u00e9n Apple Pay y Google Pay. El consumidor tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1 controlar sus pedidos y datos a trav\u00e9s del sistema de inicio de sesi\u00f3n\/registro, manteniendo as\u00ed el historial de compras.<\/p>\n
